For years I used to work as the Human Resource Manager in a bank. And on regular occasions all the employees used to gather together in the canteen to express their appreciation of, and say goodbye to, a colleague who was retiring.

And over the years, the one thing that always struck me was that, invariably, the person who was making the farewell speech conveyed the message ... 'we'll miss you or ... 'we won't forget you!'
