This is a speech that nobody wants to make - the speech where you announce to employees that, despite all management's best efforts, either the company is going to close or new, less favourable, work practices are being forced upon everybody.

I'm not going to pretend to you that this is an easy announcement to make. It's difficult! But hopefully, this little speech of mine will make things easier for you.
